Magic strips

Have you ever tried those Biore strips that you put on your nose and then 15 minutes later you pull it off along with all your blackheads?! A cosmetic miracle. I'm trying one right now.

There is much debate on whether they work or not, or if there is actually any benefit in using them. I have tried them before YEARS ago, and it did indeed pull 'stuff' out, although not all of it.

Way back when, I also managed to convince a friend of mine to try it out too and later she told me she cried when she pulled it off because it hurt so much. She also cried when she tried leg waxing after I recommended it to her. I think she's either a wuss, or has extra sensitive nerve endings (it happens, apparently). We don't talk much anymore.

I'm now trying to get 'him' to give it a go, but he doesn't look particularly enthused by the idea. It would've been fun. Sigh.

It crossed my mind to give you all photographic evidence, but decided against it, as it's a little distasteful. I was merely going to do it in the name of scientific research, but came to the conclusion this not the place for such like.

I think it's time to pull the goddamn thing off...

... and yep, it's truly wonderful stuff.
